2026 Lachute Invitational mixed bonspiel

Dear curling friends,

We invite you to Lachute to participate in a delightful mixed curling bonspiel, taking place from Friday, February 27 to Sunday, March 1, 2026. The bonspiel will begin on Friday at 4:00 p.m. and conclude on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.

Bonspiel format

• Each team will play 3 games of 6 ends.
• Teams will participate in 2 qualifying games and 1 of 6 finals (A–F).
• Trophies awarded to every participant.
• Maximum of 12 teams (one team per invited club).
• Teams must consist of 2 women (W) and 2 men (M), delivering stones in      alternating order (M, W, M, W or W, M, W, M).

Social Activities

Beyond curling, the event is designed as a joyful social gathering:

• On Saturday evening, enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by our renowned chef Brian Gorman.
• A lively dance party will follow the dinner.

Registration Details

• Cost: $320 per team
• Includes:
  • Entry fees (3 games)
  • Continental breakfast (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Saturday lunch
  • Saturday five-course dinner
  • Trophy for each player
  • Door prize (one per team)
• Saturday dinner for non-bonspiel guests: $40

Since the number of teams is limited and the event promises to be most enjoyable, we encourage you to register your team quickly.
